Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Shipping – Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping – Need your order faster? We offer a quicker delivery option, with orders arriving within 3-5 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- 2Day Shipping – Orders placed before 12 PM PT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to check your shipment status directly through the carrier. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
What if I need to cancel my order or change my shipping address?
If an order is placed by mistake, you must contact support@butterbell.com immediately after placing the order to cancel or make any other changes to it. All orders are processed within 24 hours, and cannot be cancelled after that time period. Orders will not be refunded if the product is not returned to our designated facility. Only the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned/refused order. Shipping charges after the 24 hour cancelation period will not be refunded unless proof of cancellation is provided.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Currently, Butter Bell Store only allows you to ship items to one address. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order(s).
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories?
We offer three shipping methods for packages shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (two shipping methods to other US territories) at the prices listed in the table above. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times.
What if I have an APO or FPO address?
One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed above. Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
United States Postal Service & FedEx SmartPost are available for shipments to P.O. Boxes. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout.
International Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Canada and many international locations around the world.
Shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Hong Kong
- Orders shipped via GlobalPostGo include all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in the shipping cost at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
- If you select any other shipping method, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by local customs.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
- If your order is marked as "delivered" but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier before reaching out.
